1. PURPOSE
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for hotel accommodation, meeting facilities, and related services in support of an official training activity scheduled for 20–24 April 2026 and 27 April – 2 May 2026.
The selected Contractor (Hotel) shall provide meeting space, catering services, VIP interview room, and guest accommodation in accordance with the specifications described herein.

3. LOCATION
Bintaro, South Tangerang
4. SCOPE OF WORK
A. MAIN MEETING ROOM REQUIREMENTS
• One (1) meeting room with capacity for forty (40) participants on 20–24 April 2026 and 27 April – 1 May 2026
• Round table configuration (approximately six persons per table; approx. seven tables total)
• Registration table outside meeting room (if space permits)
• Climate control and adequate lighting
• Daily room cleaning and reset
Audio-Visual Requirements:
• LCD projector and screen
• Sound system with minimum two (2) wireless microphones
• Minimum two (2) flipcharts with markers
• Reliable high-speed internet access
• Extension cords and power strips as needed
B. MEETING PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS
Full-Day Meeting Package (40 Participants)
• Dates: 20–23 April 2026
• Service Hours: Approximately 08:00–17:00
• Includes: Morning coffee break, Lunch, Afternoon coffee break, Continuous mineral water service
Half-Day Meeting Package (40 Participants)
• Date: 24 April 2026
• Service Hours: Approximately 08:00–13:00
• Includes: One coffee break, Lunch, Continuous mineral water service
Full-Day Meeting Package (40 Participants)
• Dates: 27–30 April 2026
• Service Hours: Approximately 08:00–17:00
• Includes: Morning coffee break, Lunch, Afternoon coffee break, Continuous mineral water service
Half-Day Meeting Package (40 Participants)
• Date: 1 May 2026
• Service Hours: Approximately 08:00–13:00
• Includes: One coffee break, Lunch, Continuous mineral water service
C. VIP HOLDING / INTERVIEW ROOM
• One (1) private function room suitable for confidential interviews
• Capacity for up to six (6) persons
• Lounge seating or small round-table configuration
• Secure and quiet environment with internet access
• Usage Dates: 20–23 April 2026; 27–30 April 2026
D. ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENTS
Twin-Shared Guest Rooms
• Quantity: Twelve (12) rooms
• Occupancy: Two (2) persons per room
• Check-in: 19 April 2026
• Check-out: 25 April 2026
• Total: Six (6) nights
Single Occupancy Guest Rooms
• Quantity: Twelve (12) rooms
• Occupancy: One (1) person per room
• Check-in: 19 April 2026
• Check-out: 24 April 2026
• Total: Five (5) nights

All guest rooms shall include daily breakfast, high-speed internet, standard amenities, and daily housekeeping.

5. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assign a dedicated event coordinator as single point of contact
• Provide written confirmation of room block and meeting space availability
• Provide detailed cost breakdown including applicable service charges and taxes
• Provide cancellation and attrition policy in writing
• Ensure discretion and confidentiality of official activities
