Pursuant to the North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31, and the Code of Federal Regulations

200.317-200.327, Statements of Qualifications for Professional Services will be received by the City of

Asheville for the following:

Description of Work:

Planning and conceptual design services for its “ART Place” Project at 50 Asheland Avenue, a 0.9-acre

parcel, and the adjacent existing Transit Center parcel at 49 Coxe Avenue for a total acreage of 1.48,

herein referred to as the Project Site. The property is envisioned as a mixed-use transit-oriented

development which will expand the existing Downtown Transit Center for Asheville’s transit system,

“Asheville Rides Transit” (ART), and include on-site affordable housing and other compatible uses.
