Items for Sale:
The City of Port Orange, Florida is offering for sale and will accept competitive bids for a Lot
consisting of One-hundred twenty-eight (128) Safariland 7360 Level III Retention Duty Holsters.
The duty holsters are in good condition and are fit for active service use. The holsters are being sold
"As-Is" with no warranty.
Awarded buyer must remit payment in a form acceptable to the City and pick up on site within five (5)
business days of notification of City acceptance and approval of the purchase award. The City will ship
the holsters at the bidder's expense if they are unable to pick them up onsite. The City will not
transport or deliver the holsters.
Pricing
Bidders must submit a bid for the entire lot quantity of (128) holsters. The City will award to the highest
bidder.

METHOD OF AWARD
A. The bid award shall be to the highest, responsible bidder complying with the terms and conditions set forth
herein, unless the City rejects any or all bids.
B. The City reserves the right to cancel or to reject any or all bids if it is determined to be in the City's best interest
to do so.
C. The sale is not subject to the successful bidder obtaining financing.
D. The Purchasing Agent will notify the highest bidder of the award recommendation within five (5) business days
after the bid closing date.
E. Once the bid is awarded, the winning bidder must issue payment in a form acceptable to the City within five (5)
business days of being awarded the bid.
F. Payment must be made to the City of Port Orange via a Certified Check, ACH, or Wire Transfer.
F. If the notified recommended bidder fails to make payment and claim the holsters within (5) business days of
receiving the bid award notice, the City reserves the right to cancel the recommendation and recommend the purchase
to the next highest bidder using the same steps, or to reject all bids.

the condition that is typical of the holsters in this Lot.
