Interested Bidders are referred to the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District Purchasing Department website https://www.fsusd.org/page/warehouse-and-purchasing, for all communication, instructions, and forms. The RFQ-P packet will be posted by 4:00 p.m. on March 25, 2026. All questions regarding this RFQ-P will be accepted until 4:00 pm on April 1, 2026 and must be submitted via email to: Virginia Casner at virginiac@fsusd.org - using the subject line of “RFQ-P #2276- 27 Questions”. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check the website for addenda and/or updates.

Sealed Bids/Proposals will be received on or before 10:00 a.m., April 22, 2026, at the office of the Purchasing Department, 3rd floor, 2490 Hilborn Road, Fairfield, California. One (1) original and one (1) electronic version (usb drive) response must be submitted in a sealed, clearly marked envelope. All proposals must be received and time and date stamped in the Purchasing office by the above due date and time. Proposals received after the due date and time will be returned unopened to the Bidder. No exceptions. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
