INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF TECHNICALLY CAPABLE AND OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE FIRMS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING OFFERS FOR THIS ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION.
The GSA, Facilities and Hardware, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division is issuing this Sources Sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Twenty-two (22) Drive-in Steel Spill Containment Berms for Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
The RFI will be posted to both eBuy and FBO to gather the maximum amount of market research and information gained will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 333998 - All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing.
This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Telephone submissions will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
Description of Requirement
The GSA, Facilities and Hardware, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division has received a one-time purchase requirement from the JB Lewis-McChord to acquire Twenty-two (22) Tri-Star OPS Drive-in Steel Spill Containment Berms Part #OPS4012103TF or Equal.
Description of Contract Action:
Based on the responses to this RFI, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Responses will also determine strategy for procuring either via MAS or open market.
Submission Instructions:
Interested parties who can supply the attached materials are invited to submit a response to this RFI by Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 5:00PM CST. Responses under this RFI should be submitted as follows:
