RFQ - On-Call Transportation Engineering Services (2026-2029)
Contra Costa County (County) invites your firm to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for providing On-Call Transportation Engineering Services and to establish a prequalified shortlist of firms for future projects. The County is interested in retaining consultant teams with varied and extensive municipal experience to assist in transportation planning, design and analysis. The County intends to select firms for oncall services for the next three (3) years and request proposals from consultants selected for the pre-qualified shortlist for future transportation projects for the next two (2) years.
