PROJECT: On-Call Professional A&E Services

DESCRIPTION:  The City of Sedona, Arizona (City) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced engineering and architecture firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to perform professional services related to various projects identified by the City of Sedona. The scope of work for the on-call projects may include: studies, plan review, programming, special inspections, project or program management, design, construction document development (plans, specifications, and cost estimates), and construction administration and inspection services. The City will evaluate and select up to five (5) firms for each of the following categories: Wastewater Pipelines & Facilities, Architecture, General Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Soils and Materials Testing & Quality Control.
