RFQ On Call Engineering Projects

The City of Westfield invites competitive qualifications for On Call Engineering Services for the City of Westfield.

Specifications may be received at, and proposals are to be sent to the Purchasing Director’s Office, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085, Submitted proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: “On Call Engineering Services – RFQ #26-035.

Detailed Request for Qualifications may be received at and sent to City of Westfield, Purchasing Department, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA  01085 ATTN: Tammy Tefft.  Proposals must be submitted to same address above and clearly marked “On Call Engineering Services – RFQ #26-035 RFQ’s will be accepted no later than Tuesday June 17, 2026 at 11:00 am. No RFQ’s will be accepted after this date and hour.
