RFQ 24-25-29 On-Call Civil Engineering Consultant Services Deadline: 02/11/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting qualifications for Civil Engineering services. The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a list of up to six (6) Consultants who are qualified and certified to provide Civil Engineering services for various Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) throughout the year as follows: *on an On-Call as-needed basis (Rotational) for Locally funded projects *through mini-proposal processes for State and Federally funded projects.
