RFQ - On-Call Architectural & Engineering Design Services
The New Orleans Aviation Board (“NOAB”) is requesting qualifications from persons, firms, and teams of firms (“Respondents”) to provide on-call architectural and engineering services for new construction, demolition and renovation projects for various programs, departments, and locations including, but not limited to, an airfield lighting vault regulator upgrade, runway and taxiway enhancements, interior renovations, and potential redevelopment of South Campus Facilities at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). As provided below, and incident to City Charter Section 6-308(5), Executive Order LC 20-01, and FAA Advisory Circular No. 150/5100-14E, it requests qualifications from experienced firms to perform the scope of work.
