Description:

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a new Qualified Consultant List (QCL) of consultants to be on-call for a period of five (5) years beginning January 1, 2026 to provide the CPUC with environmental services. These services shall consist of the evaluation of utility infrastructure projects that are subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
