Description
RFQ #26-009 Northampton Maintenance Garage Renovation Design Services. The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking proposals from qualified architectural and engineering design firms for designer services to renovate the maintenance garage area of the Northampton Bus Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Facility located at 54 Industrial Drive, Northampton, MA 01060. Design services will include design, bidding assistance, and construction administration. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site walk through will be held at the Northampton Bus O&M Facility, 54 Industrial Drive, Northampton, MA 01060 at 12:30 PM EST on November 25, 2025.
