This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation is being issued, which can be found on www.sam.gov.
