PUEBLO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENGINEERING AND PUBLIC WORKS

ADDENDUM NO.1

RFQ 24-14 2024 GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

For Which Qualifications Are Now Scheduled to Be Received at The Pueblo County

Department of Engineering and Public Works Office, By 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday the

17th day of April, 2024.

The following are changes to the Request for Qualifications incorporated in the above-

referenced Document. All other provisions and requirements are as originally set forth, remain

in full force and are binding.

1. Section 2.1 Inquiries - Interpretation of RFQ/Contract Documents

Paragraph has modified the sentence reading: “…duly issued, and copies of each

Addendum will be uploaded to the designated RFQ Dropbox” to: “…duly issued, and

copies of each Addendum will be uploaded to the County’s Website”

2. Section 2.1 Inquiries - Interpretation of RFQ/Contract Documents

Paragraph has modified the sentence reading: “The Proposer shall be solely responsible

for monitoring the Dropbox on a regular basis for new documents that may have been

uploaded.” To: “The Proposer shall be solely responsible for monitoring the County

Website on a regular basis for new documents that may have been uploaded.”

3. Section 2.2 Proposal Preparation

Eliminate Sentence reading “Proposers are required to use the Proposal Format included

in this package” from the Paragraph, as there is no Proposal Format, or page limit, within

the RFQ package. Proposers may use their own format and shall have no page limit.

This Addendum No. 1 to the above project shall become part of the Contract Documents and

shall be binding in all respects. Submitters of qualifications shall permanently affix this

Addendum No. 1 to the Contract Documents and Specifications so it will be turned in with the

bid. STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS TURNED IN NOT CONTAINING THIS

ADDENDUM ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.
