RFQ 2025-14 Newberry Community School Board Project Management Consultant

The City of Newberry is facilitating a solicitation on behalf of the Newberry Community School Board (NCSB) for a qualified Charter School Project Management Consultant to support the launch of a new charter school. The selected consultant will serve as the central coordinator for planning, community outreach, media and technology oversight, and stakeholder engagement related to the school’s successful opening and long-term development.

Services include, but are not limited to:
-Leading project planning and execution
-Coordinating timelines and deliverables
-Conducting community engagement activities
-Overseeing media, technology, and vendor management
-Reporting to the Board and maintaining all project documentation

The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on the Bid Express e-procurement platform beginning Tuesday, July 22, 2025, and will close on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
