RFQ #25-041: NE Science Building and Backfill Redevelopment CMAR Step 1

Project Description: TCCD is selecting a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the consolidation of two science education facilities into a single, new building on the Northeast Campus located at 828 West Harwood Road, in Hurst, Texas.
In addition, the vacated science buildings will be renovated for use as additional staff and general-purpose classroom spaces.
TCCD will select a CMAR though a two-step process as outlined in Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, section 2269.253 of the Texas Government Code. Upon evaluation of the responses to this RFQ, TCCD will rank the firms to create a short list for step two of the selection process. The shortlist of firms will receive a request to submit a fee and general conditions proposal. After review of the fee and general conditions proposals, TCCD will select firms to interview before making a final selection.
