MUNICIPAL PARKING SYSTEM MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The City of Grand Forks¸ ND is seeking a qualified firm to manage and operate its municipal parking system in downtown Grand Forks. The successful firm will have extensive experience in operating and managing parking facilities in the upper Midwest and will be expected to assume responsibility for day-to-day management upon execution of a contract. In addition, the City will look to this firm to provide short- and long-term options and recommendations to improve the management, customer service and financial performance of municipal parking system facilities and operations for the City, downtown businesses and the general public.

Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with RFQ documents provided by the City of Grand Forks. A copy of the RFQ documents will be made available by emailing aedwardson@grandforksgov.com or by calling 701-746-2661. Proposals must be emailed to aedwardson@grandforksgov.com no later than 5 pm CST on January 13, 2023. Any proposals received after the scheduled time will not be considered. It is the consultant’s responsibility to confirm receipt of proposal.

The City of Grand Forks reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all submissions for any reason, to re-solicit submissions, and to negotiate with selected respondents if such action is deemed to be in the City’s best interests. The City of Grand Forks retains the right to negotiate modifications to all submissions. No reimbursement will be made for any costs incurred in responding to this Request. No member, officer, or employee of the City of Grand Forks, its governing body or of any local public body having jurisdiction within the City of Grand Forks' service area, shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in any resultant contract or the proceeds thereof.
