TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS:
The following questions were submitted by potential vendor(s). Our answers are listed in
red below:
1. The proposal shows two different due dates. On page 1 and 6 of the pdf it shows
Wednesday, February 21st and on page 20 of the pdf, it shows Monday, February 19th.
Please confirm the correct date.
March 07, 2024. Please see addendum no. 1.
2. The RFQ states on page 21 of the pdf that we are to submit: One (1) original (clearly
identified as original) and three (4) copies of the proposal are required. Should we
submit three or four copies?
Four copies. See addendum no. 3.
3. On page 21, it states that two (2) digital copies of the completed excel file are required.
Do you only want the excel files in digital form or the entire proposal also in digital
form?
The Excel file.
4. On page 22 of the pdf, under references, it states to provide: At least three (3) current
or former clients who have terminated in the last five (5) years, to be included on this
list. Is this asking for at least 3 clients who we have finished projects for in the last 5
years?
Yes.
