1411966647 (RFQ) Mobile Lodging, Restroom, and Shower Facilities - Addendum 1

The
purpose of this solicitation for Mobile Lodging, Restroom, and Shower
Facilities (this "Solicitation") is to select one or more vendors to
provide mobile lodging (both group & individual accommodations) as well as
mobile restrooms and shower facilities (trailers) for Disaster Recovery and
other operational support needs as outlined in this Solicitation.

The mobile lodging requirements include, but are
not limited to:

• Large Basecamp Accommodations: For 500-800 JEA
  crewmembers, contractors, and mutual aid workers in the event of a storm or
  during hurricane recovery operations. The projected locations are
  listed below. These projections are subject to change based on JEA’s needs:
  
  

Individual Site Location Services: To provide accommodations
and services at various JEA facilities to ensure continuity of services. The
projected locations and headcounts are listed below. These projections are
subject to change based on JEA’s needs:
