RFQ- Lexington High School Temporary Electrical Power and Lighting

The Town of Lexington is accepting qualifications from Electrical Contractors to provide preconstruction and construction management services on the new Lexington High School building project. Scope includes: Provide Temporary power and lighting. Work includes temporary power services to site, site setup, trailer complex set up and temporary power and lighting through start of Steel and 100% Construction document bid package.

Subsequent documents will be supplied at the invitation to bid phase if the subcontractor is prequalified. All Subcontractors shall comply with MGL c. 149, 26-27H. Qualifications are sought from firms which have successfully completed projects of similar scope, complexity, schedule and budget.

Qualifications are due on January 21 ^st , 2026, at 12:00PM.
