The City of Elgin, Illinois invites qualification submittals from qualified consultants to provide park design services, construction document development, bidding administration and construction observation for park projects within the City of Elgin Qualified consultants shall be licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on park development and renovation projects.

Administration and working with state and federal grants experience is preferred, but not necessary. The City of Elgin anticipates the successful consultant will have the opportunity to provide services needed for park projects for the next 5 years from 2023-2028.
