Instructions to Proposer – General Terms & Conditions

Land Surveying Services / RFQ: 26-004-11-05

Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed.  If you are the successful proposer, it will be required that “ Land Surveying Services” be provided as specified.

Sealed proposals of qualifications will be received for “ Land Surveying Services” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto.

Summary of Service : The City of Mission is accepting proposals of qualifications for Land Surveying Services .

Proposal Submittal Deadline: Proposal responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Wednesday, November 05, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST ).  All proposal responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Purchasing Department, 1201 East 8 ^th Street, Mission, Texas 78572 , on or before the aforementioned date and time. Proposal responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFQ: 26-004-11-05 Land Surveying Services .   No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted.  Any RFP received after that time will not be opened and will be returned.  Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFP.

Pre-Proposal Conference : A Pre-Proposal Conference will be conducted on Wednesday,October 22, 2025 at 10:00 am . The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Mission City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8 ^th St., Mission, TX 78572. It is Highly Recommended that you attend in person or via zoom.

Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.

Potential proposers are asked to post their questions on our bidding portal under the tab labeled "Clarifications" under the relative project number.
