RFQ - John C. Fremont Park Amphitheater and Restroom

The City of Fremont, Nebraska is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional services and to respond to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the design of JCF Park Amphitheater and Auxiliary Restroom Building. The consultant must be familiar with similar projects.

All respondents to the RFQ must ensure that the submittal is received by the date and time specified herein.   Proposals will be accepted at the City of Fremont, Parks and Recreation Department, 400 East Military Ave, 2 ^nd Floor, Fremont, NE 68025 until 2:00 p.m., December 20, 2024.

This Request for Proposal does not commit the City of Fremont to award a contract to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal for this request, or to procure or contract for services.  The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request, to negotiate with any qualified firm or to modify or cancel in part or in its entirety the Request for Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the City.
