The City of North Richland Hills seeks a Professional Engineering Firm to design a 10-foot wide concrete hike/bike trail extension of the John Barfield Trail. The project will provide an off-road alternative to the current Spring Oak Dr. connection. Property for the necessary alignment has been acquired. The finished design and construction will also provide essential new connectivity for residents of the Rumfield Estates development.
