Pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 149 the Town of Acton, by and through its Town Manager, is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for the construction of a built in display case for the historic Isaac Davis Plow located at the Acton Town Hall, 472 Main Street, Acton Massachusetts.

The project will include removal of the existing display case and construction of a new permanent built in display case.

Bidders must complete and submit with bids a qualifications statement for building experience and expertise, and shall present evidence of having completed similar work on similar projects. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.

All bids shall be submitted online at https://www.projectdog.com/ . Hard copy bids will not be accepted by ProjectDog Inc. or by the Awarding Authority. Bid Documents will be available online at https://www.projectdog.com/ after 2:00 PM on December 18, 2024, Project Code 863319. Bids must be submitted no later than January 16, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
