Scope of Services
New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking a quote from a Licensed and Insured Contractor to install a rolling bay door at our water reclamation plant located at 3119 SR 44 New Smyrna Beach Florida 32168. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision and permits for this project. The contractor’s bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All products shall be installed per manufacture specifications.
Scope Overview:

1.        Remove and haul away existing door and operator.

2.        Install new heavy-duty rolling service door (Overhead Door model 620 or Equal).

3.        Install new door operator (Overhead Door RHX-Heavy Duty, ½ HP or Equal).

4.        Contractors’ safety will be observed for compliance with local, State, and federal standards. It is the contractor’s duty to maintain safe control of their working environment.

All work is to be completed weekdays between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
