RFQ # 2369-02 Implementation of Video Intercom Systems at Lower Mills and Patricia White Locations

The Boston Housing Authority is seeking the services and quotes of qualified contractors for Implementation of Video Intercom Systems at Lower Mills and Patricia White Locations.  The project estimate for the base quote work is $30,000.  All work must begin and to be completed no later than 30 days after receiving BHA’s purchase order.  Quotations submitted in response to this RFQ must be received by the BHA on or before 12:00 noon on May 28, 2025.

A Site Visit will be held on May 13, 2025 starting at 9:00 am at Lower Mills, 2262 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester 02124 then to drive to Patricia White, 20 Washington Street, Brighton, 02135.  All inquiries regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Purchasing Department via email to bids@bostonhousing.org .  The BHA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes and to waive any minor informality.
