RFQ #26-007: IDIQ Pools for A&E Services by Category

Project Description: TCCD maintains indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) pools of professional services consultants. This RFQ will update the architecture and interior design, acoustical engineering, building envelope consulting, civil engineering, commercial move and relocation services, commissioning, electrical engineering, environmental services, geotechnical engineering, HVAC test and balance consulting, landscape architecture, life safety systems (fire) services, mechanical/plumbing engineering, project management for construction/design oversight, retro-commissioning, space planning and utilization consulting services, special inspections and materials testing, structural engineering, and transportation and traffic engineering IDIQ pools.
Consultants will be retained or added based on an evaluation process resulting from this RFQ. The size of the pool will be based on the number of qualified firms and the correlation to TCCD’s project plan forecast.
TCCD requests that firms submit technical proposals as defined in this RFQ. Once the review process is complete and successful, firms are accepted into the “pool.” An IDIQ contract will be issued that encompasses the terms of this RFQ. Projects will be assigned via Service Authorizations, at which time the scope and cost will be determined on a project-specific basis. The cost will be based upon the rates included in the executed IDIQ contract.
