Submissions must be made in Microsoft Office 2007 or later format or Adobe PDF format. If Attachment worksheets were provided in Excel format, the attachment worksheets should be submitted in Excel format;

Each file should be less than 10 MB. Failure by any Proponent to comply with this restriction may result in information not being received by BC Ferries and may result in a non-compliant Proposal by the Proponent;

ZIP or like files shall not be accepted; and

RFQ 04-2025
Hydraulic Components for HSB Terminal maintenance
This Request for Quote identifies a business opportunity for the successful respondent to supply and deliver various hydraulic components to be used by the Horseshoe Bay Terminal Maintenance department to support its operating projects, as detailed in Section A of Appendix B of this RFQ. Proponents are expected to fulfill all tasks outlined and ensure that each system integration meets the Vessel’s operational requirements.
