RFQ 2025-1 House Doctor Civil Engineering and Design Services

The Lowell Housing Authority seeks qualified, registered/licensed and insured designers and engineers interested in providing on-call type or “House Doctor” design and engineering services to provide design recommendations, documents, estimating and contract administration for site improvements.

BRIEFING SESSION: The scheduled briefing session identified in the RFQ document is, pursuant to HUD regulation, not mandatory.  Prospective Applicants will have an opportunity to visually inspect the subject premises of this RFQ if requested. (For purposes of this House Doctor RFQ, there is no inspection).  Interested proposers are urged to attend the briefing session that will take place on August 7, 2025 @ 9:30 a.m. in the Executive Conference Room located at 350 Moody Street, Lowell, MA 01854.
