Description

The County of Yolo is seeking qualified historic consultants to support its Historic Yolo County Courthouse at 725 Court St, Woodland, CA 95695. The County intends to repair all exterior windows to the Historic Yolo County Courthouse, approximately 127 windows on three levels, windows are of various sizes and operation. Services will include site visits, historic evaluations, architectural and design reviews, historic surveys, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) assessments, Secretary of the Interior’s Standards (SOIS) compliance, peer reviews, preparation of technical reports and bid documents, presentations and meetings, authority having jurisdiction approval, bid and construction assistance and preparation of construction documents. Consultants may also assist with updates to the Historic Resource Inventory and preservation planning.
