This Request for Quotes is issued by George Washington Regional Commission (âOwnerâ) to obtain quotes from qualified and experienced contractors to install a new septic system located at 29124 Richmond Turnpike, Ruther Glen, Virginia, 22546 as described in the Scope of Work outlined below. The successful vendor shall perform the required work at the time and place designated by Brianna Heath, email brianna.heath@gwregion.org, phone 540-642-1575, the Ownerâs designated representative.
