RFQ- Grader Replacement
Synopsis:

REQUEST FOR QUOTES

R.M. of Arborfield No. 456 is accepting formal quotes for the replacement of:

2021 John Deere 772G 6WD Motor Grader

Standard Controls with Steering Wheel;
14’ Moldboard with 2’ extension;
Current estimated hours: 6500

The replacement grader shall be an All-Wheel Drive, similar horse power as the grader being traded-in, and be equipped to meet all safety and environmental standards.

The tender shall include the price to prep for snow wing assembly (reliefs installed and hoses) and rear ripper;

The grader to be equipped with Michelin Sno Plus Tires;

The grader to include cold weather package;

The tender to detail the warranty options on the grader.

The date of delivery shall be in Spring 2025, can be earlier.

The tender is to include a price without a trade-in and a price with a trade-in on the current grader.

The tender is to include warranty and support options.

The closing date of the tender is, October 31, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. It shall be noted that the lowest or any tender shall not necessarily be accepted. Tenders to be emailed or faxed to the following: office@rmarborfield.ca or fax 306-769-8301, you may also drop off at the RM office, clearly marked tender for grader.
