Freeman Park Pedestrian Bridge

The City of Bartlett (City) is seeking engineering services to produce construction drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, construction engineering inspection, and navigate the necessary permitting process for the design and construction of a pedestrian bridge over a lateral of Harrington Creek located in Freeman Park. The general location of the bridge is south of the A. Keith McDonald Pavilion.

Statement of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. (CST) on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.   Please include one (1) original, clearly marked, and four (4) copies of submittals labeled “RFQ FY2025-03-007 ENGINEERING SERVICES Freeman Park Pedestrian Bridge” and addressed as follows:
