RFQ#FPC-25-15 UAA ANSEP Office Renovations

Electronically submitted quotes will be received from qualified, responsible firms for furnishing all labor, material, plant and equipment to accomplish the Work described below in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Quote.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held May 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM, on site, at the UAA ANSEP building lobby, 2959 Spirit Way, Anchorage, AK 99508.

Scope of Work:
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to construct two new offices in the ANSEP Building per permit drawings. Building will be occupied during this project.

Specified Dates are as follows:
Pre-Bid Conference: May 21, 2025 1:00 PM
Alternate Brand Requests: May 21, 2025 2:00 PM
Questions Due: May 23, 2025 2:00 PM
Quotes Due: May 28, 2025 2:00 PM

Quote security is required to be submitted with each quote in accordance with the Instructions.  State law requires a quote or offer to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder’s preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied.  Further instructions are contained within the Instructions section.

Payment & Performance Bonds are required for all construction projects over $100,000.
Work performed in conjunction with this contract is subject the State of Alaska Prevailing Wage
