RFQ for Technical Consultant

The Authority is seeking technical support services from qualified applicants who can represent the breadth of knowledge and experience encompassing the diverse range of resources, technologies, industry best practices and other strategies that may be deployed in projects seeking financing from the Authority in order to maximize the conservation of air as a natural resource in the State.

The Authority is the recipient of an extensive range of proposed projects, which apply for financial and technical assistance at various times throughout the year. These include project proposals involving point source air pollutant mitigation technologies, discrete energy building systems, remodeling of entire structures with energy efficiency or cleaner energy improvements, and construction of new structures aiming for net zero energy operations. Applications comprising of eligible clean air improvements for OAQDA’s consideration are submitted and evaluated through the Clean Air Improvement Program ( CAIP ) , which references guidelines on the program technical eligibility, project performance, measurement and verification and community engagement criteria. Other projects may include those eligible for Green Bonds or Sustainable Bonds, which comply with the Authority’s Framework and those aligned with other federal resources as applicable.
