Location: Hilton Head Lakes Fire Station, Jasper County, SC

RFQ No.: 2025-83-PL

Scope of Work:

• Sawcut and remove existing cracked/broken concrete (approx. 140 LFT).

• Remove and dispose of broken concrete around inlets and driveway apron (approx. 170 SY).

• Flowable fill backfill and compaction (approx. 20 CY).

• Install 6" PCCP concrete pavement, 4000 psi fiber reinforced (approx. 170 SY).

• Epoxy crack seal throughout parking lot and drive lane (approx. 600 LFT).

• Restripe 19 parking stalls, 1 ADA accessible stall, and 1 ADA loading zone (blue).

Contractor Responsibilities:

• All work must comply with Carolina Engineering Consultants’ construction specifications.

• Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment.

• Benchmark verification required.
