The City of Portland, Texas hereby issues this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"). from qualified consulting engineering firms to assist the city in the development and administration for the following project: Professional Engineering Services for Sunset Lake Hike and Bike Trail.  The RFQ documents and any subsequent addenda can be downloaded by selecting the link(s) under “Related Documents” below.

The Statement of Qualifications must be addressed and delivered to: City Secretary City of Portland 1900 Billy G. Webb Dr. Portland, TX 78374 by no later than 2:00 pm. local time (CT) on November 5, 2024.  Any Statement of Qualifications received after the due date and time will be deemed late, non-responsive and will not be considered.
