Request for Interpretations and all questions must be emailed to baylee.scott@hacn.org or hand delivered to 1200 W 4th Street Tahlequah, OK 74464 by Tuesday 9-30-25 at 5 PM to be considered. Clarifications and responses will be posted by Friday 10-3-25 at 5 PM and RFQ must be received on or before 5 pm 10-10-25.
