NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a fair and open process, submissions will be received by the County of Lackawanna Board of Commissioners at its offices at 123 Wyoming Ave., 6th floor, Scranton, PA 18503, by Thursday Oct. 9, 2025, at 3 p.m. for Professional Actuarial Services for the Lackawanna County Pension Plan.

Oct. 3, 2025: Questions/clarifications submission deadline
Oct. 6, 2025: Answers posted on county website
Oct. 9, 2025: Proposal deadline
