The Town of Mashpee is inviting contractors interested in bidding on the construction of the Phase 2 Mashpee Water Resources Recovery Facility Upgrade project to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). This RFQ is Part 1 of a 2-part procurement process as set forth in M.G.L. Chapter 149. After evaluation of SOQs, respondents deemed qualified will be invited to bid in Part 2 of the process.
