Contractor shall provide a guaranteed minimum of 150 and (+/- %10 percent fluctuation) and conference rooms in 5-star Hotel in blue bordered region of Istanbul Turkiye on the date of:





May 18, 2025, thru May 24, 2025.





1 Conference room capacity of 150 person



4 Break out room capacity of 50 person



2-7 small meeting room capacity of 10 prson
