Notice to Qualified Engineering Firms

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) IS HEREBY GIVEN FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES

Responses to this RFQ for engineering services pertaining to the 2027 Community Crossings Matching Grant (CCMG) project will be received by the Town of Munster until 3:00 pm local time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Any Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) received later than the above time will be returned unopened. Directions, SOQ submission requirements, and contact information can all be found in the RFQ document.

Description of Work: Various roadways throughout the Town of Munster will be resurfaced and repaired as part of the CCMG grant program. Work includes pre-engineering, grant application preparation, bidding assistance, as well as project management if awarded CCMG grant.

Requirements: Respondents must be INDOT prequalified, in compliance with relevant Indiana statutes, and must meet requirements as outlined in RFQ.
