Public Notice of RFQ For Engineering Services
Publication Date: September 21, 2025 & September 28, 2025
The City of Wilmot, Arkansas is soliciting request for qualifications for professional engineering services contingent upon an Arkansas Community Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
Interested parties are invited to secure an RFQ package no later than October 1, 2025, at noon, by emailing karen@barlowconsultingllc.com .
RFQ must be received by the City of Wilmot no later than October 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The completed RFQ Package can be dropped off at Wilmot City Hall or mailed to:
