Public Notice for RFQ for Engineering Services
On behalf of Building Bridges Developmental and Community Services, the City of Cabot has received an Arkansas Community and Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission for construction of a 20’ x 40’ pre-engineered metal building expansion and renovations of the existing for Building Bridges Developmental and Community Services, 207 W. Plaza Blvd., Cabot, Arkansas. City of Cabot, on behalf of Building Bridges Developmental and Community Services, is interested in acquiring the services of an architect firm to provide design services for the above referenced project.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
