Engineering Services
Publication Date: June 22, 2025 & June 29, 2025
The Town of Norman, Arkansas is soliciting requests for qualifications for professional engineering services contingent upon an Arkansas Community Economic Development Program (ACEDP) grant from the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with ACEDP procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
Interested parties are invited to secure an RFQ package no later than July 3, 2025, by emailing utilitiesnormanAR@gmail.com RFQ must be received by the City of Norman no later than July 10, 2025. The completed RFQ Package can be emailed to utilitiesnormanAR@gmail.com , mailed or delivered to;
