Public Notice of RFQ for Engineering/Architectural Professional Services
The City of Wynne, Arkansas has received an Economic Development Administration (EDA) grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce to construct a connecting road from Falls Boulevard to Lemons Street. The proposed project will be a three-lane road with curb, enclosed stormwater, and sidewalks.
The City of Wynne, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering/architectural firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with EDA procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
Interested parties are invited to secure an RFQ package from East Arkansas Planning & Development District by e-mailing Courtney Nance at cnance@eapdd.com .
All interested parties must submit two copies of their response to the RFQ package to The East Arkansas Planning and Development District at 2905 King Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas, 72403. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted no later than Monday, May 19th, 2025, at 4:00 P.M.
All individuals/firms must have active registration status in SAM.GOV .
