Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened.  The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of  time, the wall clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

Bathhouse and Parking Area

The Town of Andover is requesting qualifications for Design and Construction Administration Services for Reconstruction of the Pomps Pond Bathhouse and   Parking Area.

Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

No proposer may withdraw his proposal for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the

opening thereof.

The fee for these services is not to exceed $100,000.00 and will be negotiated with the selected designer.

There will be a Mandatory Briefing Session held on April 24, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at the Pomps Pond Beach located at 147 Abbot St., Andover, MA 01810.
