RFQ for Design-Build Services for My Turn Adaptive Baseball Fields

Owner is seeking qualifications from design-build firms to construct a new sports complex consisting of four (4) baseball fields, one of which will feature adaptive turf for special needs children and adults, wheelchair accessible concessions, restrooms, and dugouts as well as sports lighting, landscaping and planting and other needs not yet accounted for.
The design-build firm shall be responsible for designing and constructing the project to meet all applicable codes and regulations including life safety codes, building codes, Americans with Disabilities Accessibility Standards, fire marshal requirements, city and county regulations, etc. The civil engineering plans are already executed and attached hereto as Exhibit ¿E¿.
