Specifications and application forms are available online through Empire State Purchasing Group ( https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york ), New York State Contract Reporter ( https://www.nyscr.ny.gov/ ), or please contact Jessica Haas, Executive Director at LandBank@BroomeCountyNY.gov . The BCLBC reserves the right to reject any and all responses received.
